A chef will guide you through the pasta-making process and once it’s complete, you can move to the restaurant side to enjoy your creation! Not in the mood for pasta? Down the road is Absinthe Café with a menu featuring classic French-Canadian dishes with a sophisticated twist. The restaurant’s charming atmosphere features an eclectic mix of vintage and modern décor - a unique setting for a romantic evening. And, as they say, “absinthe” makes the heart grow fonder!
